What does “wholesale pack” mean?

Some items are sold only in fixed packs — for example 4, 8, 12, 16 or 20 pieces — with a set price for each pack. On those product pages you pick a pack size instead of typing a quantity. Larger packs cost less per piece. Other items are sold by the single piece, and those show a normal quantity selector.

Can I mix colours or designs inside one pack?

Packs ship as an assorted mix by default. If you need specific colours or sizes, write them in the order note at checkout and we will match it where stock allows.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Checkout works with just your name, phone number and address. An account is optional and only saves your details for next time.

How do I track my order?

Go to the Track Order page and enter your order number together with the phone number you ordered with. No login, no password.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Delivery is ৳70 to ৳160 depending on your zone, and it is shown before you confirm. Inside Dhaka is usually 1–2 days; outside Dhaka is typically 3–5 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery anywhere in Bangladesh, or pay online by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card or internet banking through our secure payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.

Is cash on delivery available for wholesale orders?

Yes, though for large first-time bulk orders we may ask for the delivery charge in advance. We will call you to confirm before dispatch.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — tell us within 3 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, and keep it unused with its packaging. Please check your parcel in front of the delivery rider where you can.

Do you sell to shops and resellers?
